This is a UK based part time voice process and they are looking for following skill sets :
• Freshers or Skilled associates with experience in Customer Service, preferably collections.
• Excellent Communication and listening skills.
• Work experience primarily with UK based contact centers.
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer skills
Qualification : Graduates/Undergraduates
Shifts : UK
Shift Timings : 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Weekly OFF : Sunday
Process : Voice – Inbound/Outbound – Collections and Recoveries.
Upselling : No
No of days working : 6 days a week
Meals : Yes
Transport : Yes
Salary Range : Rs. 8000
Incentives : Excellent Incentives. Good performers even earn 30,000+as incentives.
