This is basically a non Voice BPO to support our International client.He/She will be deputed in our client side as long as the project continues,Depending Upon their performance they will be sorted to support our Internal Projects/else they can also be absorbed under the payrole of our client.1.So the candidates applying for this particular Job should understand English Communication.2.Also he /She should have a good typing speed.

BPO Solution Design

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Expertise in defining approaches to meet varied Customer requirements.

Excellent people management skills.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

Onsite exposure of handling North American / European clients preferred

Exposure to Quality, BPM / BPR methodologies / tools desired

Experience in creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures across various domains such as telecom, finance, health, insurance, etc.

Conversant with Flowcharts, MS-Visio etc.

Efficient Time Management.

BPO:Executive-Administration

Should have good Communication skills & interpersonal skills.

Should be fluent in US Accent and should possess good client interaction

Should be willing to work in night shift only.

Will be responsible for overall administration activities.
